Choose the arrangement that suits you.

A single 12% share in Húsafell: ISK 16 million. In Akureyri: ISK 17 million. A three-home community, with 8% in each property: ISK 33 million in total.

A 0.8% joining fee is added on purchase. Administration is ISK 9,000 per month for one share in a single property or Reykjavík, and ISK 17,000 for a three-home share. Running costs and property reserve contributions are additional, as budgeted.
