Heimkoma handles property administration. We select, prepare, upgrade and operate properties to clear quality standards. Owners do not need to handle maintenance, operations or other daily tasks.
Use is organised through a booking system guided by fairness. Rules and processes are established from the outset and apply equally to everyone.
