That is why we place such emphasis on onboarding. From day one, you receive the information you need, clear answers to common questions and guidance that gradually introduces you to the community. The goal is simple: to let you enjoy the property without uncertainty or complexity.
Flexibility is also an important part of this confidence. Every owner should know they can join and leave the community when it suits them. You can sell your property share at any time. If you cannot sell it yourself, Heimkoma is committed to buying it from you and releasing you from ownership within 18 months.
